Collaborative care for your patients
Fort Dental Clinic welcomes referrals from general dentists and dental specialists for periodontal, implant, and pediatric-focused care.
Our goal is to provide timely assessment, clear communication, and coordinated treatment while respecting the relationship between the patient and the referring dentist. Following completion of the referred treatment, the patient will be directed back to the referring office for ongoing comprehensive care unless another arrangement has been requested.
