Treatment Approach

Treatment planning is discussed with each patient and considers:

  • clinical examination

  • appropriate imaging

  • symptoms

  • medical history

  • tissue and bone condition

  • restorative needs

  • patient goals

  • reasonable treatment alternatives

  • referral where appropriate

Technology and Regenerative Approaches

Navident EVO Dynamic Navigation

Navident EVO is a dynamic navigation system that provides real-time visual guidance during selected dental-implant procedures. It allows the dentist to follow a digitally planned implant position while viewing the relationship between the instruments, the treatment plan and the patient’s anatomy. Its use depends on the individual case and clinical assessment.

Laser-Assisted Periodontal Treatment

A BIOLASE EPIC diode laser may be used as an adjunct during selected periodontal and soft-tissue treatments. Depending on the diagnosis and treatment plan, laser technology may help manage inflamed or diseased soft tissue and support selected non-surgical or surgical periodontal procedures. Laser treatment does not replace a complete periodontal assessment and is not appropriate for every patient or condition.

PRGF–Endoret Regenerative Preparation

PRGF–Endoret is an autologous preparation made from a patient’s own blood. Through controlled processing, a fibrin matrix containing naturally occurring bioactive molecules is prepared and may be used to support healing in selected implant, bone-grafting and soft-tissue procedures. Its use depends on the treatment plan and the individual patient.
